Calling all parents!! Are you guilty of this??
Being a kinesiologist, one of my main objectives in achieving health is about looking at the whole person: physically, mentally/emotionally, chemically/nutritionally, spiritually, socially/family, vocationally/financially.
I often have clients coming to me because they are stressed out about their kids. They are worried because they are being bullied, or hanging out with the wrong crowd or all they do is sit in front of the tv or play computer games etc, etc, etc I often hear …”when i was their age, i was outside all day, playing sport or i went out and got a job or i would never speak to my mother or father the way they speak to me.
A few years ago i was lucky enough to come across a brilliant educator named Dr John Demartini. I have been fortunate enough to attend many of his courses that deal with human behaviour and our value systems and how they shape the 7 areas of our life.
This weeks blog is more about keeping a healthy perspective about ourselves and the people around us. It is amazing that once we have love and graitude in our life, the charges / stresses we perceive to be controlling us seem to disappear and we move onto the next challenge.
