Delicious Berry Smoothie
Are you looking for a healthy way to kick off your day? Tired of Green Smoothies and want to mix it up a little bit? Then give this smoothie a go!
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Berries
1 1/2-2 tbspn Chia seeds
1 banana
Honey (to taste)
Organic Yoghurt (either natural or wild berry)
Milk – (Rice, Almond or Raw Cow’s milk)
6-8 cubes of Ice
Method:
Soak Chia seeds in filtered water until they form a gel, then add to blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
It’s super quick, super easy, and super delicious!
You can add other super foods like Bee Pollen, Spirulina, Goji Berries, or Aloe Vera (which is something i forgot to put in this morning!)
